The Enhanced Situational Awareness System (ESAS) is proprietary methodology developed by Sonny Smith. The framework, its component stages, associated terminology, and training structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Six Sight.
Any individual or organisation wishing to teach, license, or commercially apply ESAS-based training must obtain written authorisation from Six Sight prior to doing so. Unauthorised commercial use of the ESAS methodology will be treated as a breach of these terms and pursued accordingly.
Products sold through or recommended by this site — including the Man Protect book — may be fulfilled through third-party platforms. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions. Six Sight is not responsible for third-party fulfilment, delivery, or dispute resolution.
Course and digital products sold directly through Six Sight are subject to separate purchase terms provided at the point of sale.

Six Sight is a situational awareness training brand based in Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you use sixsight.co, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Contact form submissions. When you fill out a contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Nothing else.
Email list. If you download our free guide or opt in to email communications, we collect your email address. We use this to send you the content you requested and occasional updates from Six Sight. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
